Florian takes great pride in his professionalism and excellent communication with his clients. When Florian (Flo) is outside of work he can almost always be found with his beloved wife and children surrounded by fun and lots of extended family.

A Colorado Native and graduate of Mullen High School, Macson has extensive experience in Construction Management specializing in insurance claims. Macson really enjoys advising home and business owners on color changes and updates to bring a fresh new feel to the structure. Growing up in a family run business Macson prides himself in what he feels has been lost in recent years…COMMUNICATION! If Macson isn’t working he can be found somewhere in the beautiful Rocky Mountains with his extensive network of friends and family most likely riding something with a throttle (ATV, Snowmobile).
